VASA Fitness is pleased to announce new and innovative benefits offered as part of its full-time team member compensation programs. Effective July 1, 2021, VASA offers paid maternity and parental leave and a flexible leave program, giving team members more flexibility to take vacation time when it suits their needs.
Now, all expecting full-time moms will get up to eight weeks of paid maternity leave. Adoptive parents will also receive two weeks of paid leave to take care of the children and/or provide support to mothers recovering from childbirth.
The new team member’s programs are in line with the ethos of VASA’s core values and could not have come at a better time given the hardships so many have faced during the Covid-19 pandemic.
