There is a new brand Booty Busting 28 Day Fitness Challenge Coming to the Healthy Mummy app! We start on March 28th and by following this workout plan, your ass will be a lot firmer this Easter!

This new program includes a mix of some of the best booty workouts!

There will be 4 different styles of booty workouts on the program every week throughout the month which will include high intensity and low impact workouts.

Alongside this new fitness program, there will also be new recipes for Easter, new real mom meal plans all in the Healthy Mummy app this April! Drop a dress size in April and join the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge!

Take a look at some of the exercises below!

Booty Busting Fitness Challenge

All workout programs at the Booty Busting Fitness Challenge in April focus on working out your glutes, hips, adductors, abductors, hamstrings, and quads – your butt and thighs! This program will not only strengthen your legs and tighten your buttocks, but it is also especially useful in restoring core strength after pregnancy.

Each week, there will be four different styles of Booty Busting exercises led by four of our great coaches, Shauna, Laura, Jade and Jo. The combination of different exercises means that your body will face challenges in different ways plus it will give you the opportunity to try exercises you may not have tried before! Some exercises will include:-

Hamstring strength and stretch

Shauna leads the 28-day vigorous yoga program and is the powerful Vinyasa Yoga. Her teachings are authentic, powerful and aim to balance mind, body, and spirit in every practice.

The first week’s hamstring strength and stretching workout focuses on a comprehensive workout with special attention to the three major hamstrings in your legs, the lengthening and extension, for tone and strengthening.

Kettlebell Low Body Strength With Laura

Our amazing coach Laura runs Kettlebell exercises in Healthy Mummy are a great form of strength and cardio while being a different kind of fun exercise. This type of workout can improve endurance and strength, while burning calories and fat. If you don’t have a bell, you can use hand weights.

In the second week, Laura will do a lower body workout, focusing on the legs, buttocks, and thighs.

Pilates: Basic Balance and Glutes with Go

Jo runs our amazing Pilates program to help you increase muscle tone and strength, especially your abs, lower back, hips and buttocks and improve balanced muscle tone on both sides of your body. It can also improve your posture and the stability of your spine.

In the third week, the Booty Busting Fitness Challenge will include a Pilates class that focuses on your core balance, glutes and legs.

Middle move Heart and Strength with Jade

Along with loads of different styles of exercise, our awesome fitness instructor Jade leads Take 10 Step classes designed to get you the most out of your workouts in the least amount of time.

This 4 week cardio workout will get your heart beating fast and with resistance from the step you will strengthen your legs and thigh muscles for a great lower body workout.

Other workouts in the Booty Busting Fitness Program include:

  • High intensity cardio and lower body workout
  • Hand weights: legs
  • Explosion Booty Tabata
  • Tabata kickboxing full body blast
    Exploding Legs And Booty
  • Handweights Glutes
  • After burning the abdominal and thigh muscles
