Tik Tok Tortilla hack is very simple. Place different ingredients in each quarter of the tortilla, cut in half and toss, folding each side over the other before frying in the skillet. The usual ingredients are avocado, cheese, tortilla chips, shredded chicken or ham, beef bacon, peppers, salad, and sour cream.

Looks like we’ve all been folding tortillas the wrong way all these years!
This tortilla folding hack went viral when it first appeared on TikTok. Since then, many emerging chefs have created their own versions.
Now it’s our turn. We decided to do our own twist – a healthier version. And we’ve also sent it to our nutritionists to confirm the calorie content, which comes among the other versions.
Best of all, you don’t even have to do it just for a tortilla! You can also do it with pancakes, sushi, and the ingredients are endless!

Healthy Tortilla Ingredients:
1 40g tortilla
2 rashes of bacon
1 slice of delicious low-fat cheese
Low fat mayonnaise
- Put the ingredients you want in each quarter of the tortilla
- We take a knife and cut the tortilla from top to center.
- Fold the wrapping up, folding it into quarters so you’re left with a triangular-shaped tortilla.
- Grill your rolls in a panini press or place in a frying pan and cook over medium heat, flipping once.
