How this mom lost 14 kg in 12 weeks
Bosana’s 12 Week Challenge pledge was to lose 10kg and get to size 14 or as close as possible.
“I went from a size 20/22 to a size 16/18. One of the best feelings apart from getting physically stronger,” Says.
“I feel like I’ve come to my covenant. Totally broke it.”

And that’s not all, one mum says she’s seen other benefits too over the past 12 weeks.

What a normal day for Pozana
breakfast: My breakfast is pretty much the same. I am a creature of habit. I have vegan bread that I make and 1/4 avo with almond milk coffee.
lunch: Salad rolls or another recipe from the challenge recipe, so I’ll swap meals each week.
Dinner: Mexican Lasagna, Green Curry Chicken, Sausage & Vegetable Bread, Beef & Fried Broccoli.

“I started by setting a goal to drink more water and have three liters a day. I find that if I stay hydrated I’ll stay on track. I started by promising myself to do one exercise from the app and adding more each time I felt more confident.”
