Michaelian Mason (Mish for short) from Brisbane is a mother of three children and grandmother of three adorable grandchildren. Mish has been with Mummy Healthy for several years, but she admits she was rough earlier this year and has gained some weight.

lunch: It’s usually left over at dinners from the app or my stash of freezer.
Snack Arvo: Tomato and cheese on biscuit with coffee.
Dinner: I like to have a smaller portion for dinner, my favorite at the moment is Lasagna over the stove with salad.
