Working in a small group environment as you do in a STUDIO RED HIIT class, which has a maximum of 20 people, tends to be community focused and helps create healthy competition, friendship, and camaraderie — more than when compared to training on the main gym floor. Members will work even harder when they know their peers are pushing hard and creating competition for those who work hard and do what they can. Since everyone’s fitness levels are different, Myzone monitors your heart rate to play your fitness game by displaying your exertion, a percentage based on your personal maximum heart rate (rather than your absolute heart rate).
