Chicken Pie Soup
ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Half a teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 3 cups broth (chicken or vegetable)
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Half a cup of plain Greek yogurt

Add chicken, onions, carrots, celery, spices, and broth to the slow cooker. Simmer over high heat for 2-3 hours or until chicken is completely cooked.
Take out the chicken and cut it into small pieces. Return the chicken to the slow cooker. Add the frozen corn, frozen peas, and yogurt to the slow cooker and stir. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
