Exercising is always more fun with a friend! So schedule a gym date with your best friend, dad or significant other at VASA and get sweaty with this fun partner workout.
instructions:
Complete 100 reps total for each move between you. One partner will rest while the other is working. Keep track of your total repetitions and move on to the next step once you reach a total of 100.
For a more advanced challenge, ask each partner to complete 100 reps (200 reps total). You can also set the time and repeat the exercise every few weeks to see how you improve!
