New 28 Day Booty Busting Workout Program
There’s a brand new Booty Busting 28 Day Fitness Challenge Healthy Mummy in April that will make your butt stronger this Easter!
This new program includes a mix of some of the best booty workouts!
All workout programs at the Booty Busting Fitness Challenge in April focus on working out your glutes, hips, adductors, abductors, hamstrings, and quads – your butt and thighs! This program will not only strengthen your legs and tighten your buttocks, but it is also especially useful in restoring core strength after pregnancy.
Each week, there will be four different styles of Booty Busting exercises led by four of our great coaches, Shauna, Laura, Jade and Jo.
