Erin Fisher lost an incredible 20 kg by following her 28 day weight loss challenge.
The Melbourne-based mother of two says her reason for signing was to initially improve her health. But she found a lot of other benefits.
“I was looking for better health and wanted to focus on my well-being” Says.
“Years of illness, a round of steroids, chemotherapy and medical complications all contributed to such an unhealthy downward spiral. My ability to exercise was really compromised, I stood in a cycle of not taking care of myself and I was always exhausted and had high levels of pain.”
Mom loses 20 kg in just six months
Amazingly, Erin also dropped three dress sizes!
“I have more energy, I feel lighter and happier. My health has improved, my PMS symptoms have decreased and I have less headaches and body aches,” Says.
“I have some physical limitations and cannot do strenuous exercises or lift more than 5kg.”
What a normal day for Irene
breakfast: Oats with almond milk, bananas, berries or toasted cheese and vegemite rolls topped with avocado!
Morning snack: Almond milk latte with collagen
lunch: Chicken salad, nori or rice paper roll
Dinner: Fried Beef & Noodles, Lamb & Braised Vegetables, Chicken Burrito Dishes.
sweet: Vanilla chai, hot chocolate, bliss balls, HM slices.
Snacks: Pumpkin soup, boiled eggs, vegetable chopsticks, dips or cheese and crackers.
exercises: I try to walk most days and my favorite app exercises are newbie real mom, strong novice dance, or light stretching yoga.

“We are all unique and have our own story and health goals, so try not to compare yourself to anyone else,” Irene adds.
“I like to aim for 5kg masses because I find them really achievable. Make meals that you enjoy eating and don’t limit anything – think nourishing your body. Ditch the old excuses, we all deserve to be a priority in our lives!”
