Tasha Robson lost 20.2 kg, dropped from 86.4 kg to 66.2 kg, and went from a size 16 to a size 8! And she did all this in just five months!
The Queensland-based mother of three says she achieved her 68.5kg goal weight on March 8th and has noticed some massive changes in her body and mindset. I managed to achieve all this by drinking Healthy mummy juices!
Here’s how I did it…
How this mother lost more than 20 kg in just five months!
Tasha, 36, says she started her journey after noticing that her fingers were unable to wrap around her wrist like they used to.
“I decided to start taking care of myself. I am not tired, and I have a lot of energy,” Says.
“I’m not irritable with my kids, I encourage my kids to be more active because I want to go for walks and spend time being active and not sit on the couch all day eating unnecessary snacks.
“I choose to eat healthy and can now tell if I need water because I have a headache if I don’t have enough.”

Moreover, this single mom says that she feels much happier in herself.
“I’ve now been able to accept that being a single mom with her kids most of the time doesn’t mean I’m not worth my time, which is walking alone,” Says.
“I enjoy being active and listening to my music at full speed. I enjoy pushing myself to walk faster, do more squats, to try new exercise routines.
“I’m happier in mind and body, and if I find I’m stressed out, I decide to go for a walk or do an exercise to de-stress and think about problems instead of eating my feelings.”

Best of all, Tasha says her clothes fit better now.
“I was able to fit the clothes correctly without worrying that a part of my body wouldn’t work with the element of the clothing. Back then I hated getting new pants because I knew they wouldn’t fit somewhere properly,” Says.

What Tasha eats on a normal day
breakfast Currently it is banana porridge, honey, cinnamon and vanilla.
lunch Either leftover dinners (fried bacon, sausage casserole, fried rice, butter chicken), cheese, tomatoes and crackers, plate meals – fruit (grapes, watermelon, apples, bananas) and chicken and cheese rice crackers, and any salad leftovers (mushrooms, peppers, carrots, cucumbers) sandwiches, salads, and chicken/pork rolls.
Dinner An English muffin with bacon, cheeseburgers, meatballs, spaghetti, pizza using rolls or an English muffin with ham, cheese, any vegetables available, ham, salad, tender chicken wrap, salad and fried rice.
“I’m trying to get healthy mummy juice For breakfast every day, and then if I couldn’t really bother eating or cooking, I had one for lunch or dinner too at least once a week. I found that it helped with bloating better.” Says.

Tasha’s top tips for losing weight
1. Walk around your house every hour For at least 1,000 steps, try 1500/2000 per hour if you have nothing to do for that hour. Take your kids outside for a run around the yard with them. Every step counts.
2. Buying snacks in bulk And separate them into individual containers for your snacks. I found that I was more inclined to eat more food if I ate from the container. Separate fruit into containers / pre-cut vegetable snacks into containers to help yourself if you are hungry during the day this week I have containers of capsicum and carrots for a snack.
3. Try to get out of the house. Take the kids for a walk around the building, and make the block bigger each time. Walk to the park.
“It’s okay to slip sometimes. You’re going to have bad days, you’re going to have good days. Focus on today and get up and try again tomorrow,” She adds.
“Don’t stress yourself out on a bad day. It’s okay to take days off and put yourself first. Your health is just as important as everyone else.”
