Over 11kg lost in 12 weeks taking Tarryn’s total weight to 24kg
I am a 30 year old and a homeschooled mum to 6 children, aged 6 months to 12 years, from Queensland.
The healthy mummy journey began in February 2022 when my youngest daughter was two weeks old.
I have lost a total of 24 kg now with The Healthy Mummy app and challenges.
at recent days 12 week challenge I lost 11.3 kg!
12 Week Challenge Pledge & Objectives
The 12 week challenge It gave her a boost towards her goals and helped her with her healthy habits; Plus she has a friend to back up with.

Tarryn’s consistency paid off with a loss of cm and kg in 12 weeks, as well as increased energy, clearer skin, and better sleep.
“I lost a total of 46 cm of my body during the 12 week challenge.”

Advice for other moms

“I think my biggest advice is don’t overthink, just nourish and move your body, and believe in yourself! There’s no right or wrong way to do challenges, just focus on the areas you want to improve, and you’re already halfway there.”
