Pork chops are a very easy and healthy keto dish. However, one of the hardest things about cooking pork chops is adding just enough flavor to make them flavorful and not dry!
That’s why I want to offer you this super simple way to add flavor and a side dish to pork chops.
Your favorite spice… garlic and lemon. They are readily available and easy to use in cooking. In addition, if you are not fresh, you can also buy lemon juice and use garlic powder. Lemon and pepper seasoning salt is another easy option if you don’t have fresh seasoning on hand.
And with flavors like garlic and lemon, you don’t need to coat pork chops with carb-rich breadcrumbs or ready-made mixes.
This pork chop recipe is so delicious, it will only take you 30 minutes to make, so consider eating it for a nice, quick and healthy dinner for you and your loved ones.
And if you don’t like asparagus, don’t worry! Just replace the asparagus with a different side dish…the Keto Roasted Cauliflower with Grilled Cheese recipe is another side dish that goes well with pork chops.
