If you are interested in losing weight, then you should start as a beginner. In fact, if you want to lose the weight, you must first be ready to lose body fat. It is not that easy if you don’t have the willpower or the will to do it. But even if it is, you must still stick with the diet because it is easier said than done. Many keto diets today include ingredients and foods of other cultures that were once common in many parts of the world. The good thing about these recipes for beginners is that they all make them delicious. However, some of them require an additional ingredient to make it authentic to our culture, while others require some basic cooking techniques. Below is a list of keto recipes for newbies to choose from.

Ketogenic Diet Recipes

If you are looking forward to starting your own keto diet, these ketogenic diet recipes are ideal for you. These keto recipes taste best when the ketogenic diet begins.

1. Shilajit Masala (Indian Rice)

This famous Indian dish can help you burn more calories than most people think possible. This ketogenic diet recipe works well for those who have a moderate amount of water intake as well as for vegans or vegetarians. You need to cook rice, but you need to use less salt for this specific recipe. Then add water, spices, chopped onions, and green chilli as per your preferences. A bit of oil is also preferred, but a dash of lime juice has good results for the end results.

Ingredients-

½ cup white sugar

½ cup milk of buffalo

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

½ cup coriander powder

½ coconut oil

¼ cup roasted pumpkin seeds

½ teaspoon ground cloves

½ ground mustard seed

½ lemon

¾ teaspoon pepper flakes

¼ teaspoon cumin seeds

¼ teaspoon chili powder

1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 teaspoons whole ginger paste

½ inch piece fresh curry leaves

1 whole egg

3 teaspoons lime juice

2 cups cooked rice

2 tablespoons butter

1 kg cow dung

1. Cut the white rice into ½ pieces and mix with salt and milk. Heat 1 cup water and boil in it until the water turns to a thick paste. Remove the mixture and strain it through a sieve and let it cool down. Turn on the heat and add the remaining sugar. Mix well with ½ cup milk and spices and pour the mixture onto the rice and add half the coconut oil, ½ cup curry leaves, ¼ cup roasted pumpkin seeds and stir well. Season with ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and keep warm. Set aside a small bowl and add the remaining coconut oil, lime juice and coriander powder and take off the heat. With the help of a whisk, remove the spices from your spice bowl and add the rest of the powder. Now add the remaining two tablespoons lime juice, ginger paste, coriander powder and chili powder and continue mixing until the ingredients change color and get light brown. Pour the mix on the rice and cover the pan. Cook for 30 minutes till the spices are gone and the rice is tender

2. Mashing Potatoes

Mashing potatoes might seem like an unconventional thing to do, but this ketogenic diet recipe helps burn more calories compared to normal mashing potatoes. To make sure you have mashed potatoes, you need to mash them thoroughly. Add some salt and leave to ferment for two hours. When it gets done, just take off the salt and put the mashed potatoes back inside the blender. Your final result may vary depending on how much salt you added. Take off the excess salt and use another blender to blend together the mashed potatoes with the desired ratio. Leave it to cool down and ready yourself for drinking.

Ingredients-

4 medium size red potatoes

½ garlic clove

2 leeks

½ celery stalks

½ small shallots

¼ onion

½ small tomatoes

3 bay leaves

1 lemon

3 whole peppers

3 carrots

½ garlic cloves

½ small onions

1 large tomato

½ cup cream

½ cup sour cream

½ cup hot sauce

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ cup grated cheese

½ cup shredded cabbage

1 small bunch mint

You can serve with yogurt and/or ketchup.

3. Rambutan Biryani

You might think rambutan biryani is overrated. I mean there is no way you could eat this. So it is advisable for those willing to eat an entire meal.

Ingredients-

Red kidney beans

White pepper

Ground ginger

Pomegranate paste

Oil

Water

Rinse the black berry beans before doing any preparation. Dry after washing and squeeze out the salt. Heat the oil and add the ginger, paprika and ground ginger paste to it. Fry the black berries until golden brown. Drain the black berry soaked in cold water. Chop them coarsely. Using a blender, grind into stiff chunks and drain again. Once its time to cook the pork chops, fry them till they turn pink and crisp. While frying them, season the pork with the spices. Toss with extra sauce, salt and pepper and chop them nicely. 4. Pilsner Brownies

Brownies can be very tempting when served during special occasions or holidays. They are considered a healthy breakfast. You can enjoy pancakes with brownies or pancakes to keep you going throughout the day.

Ingredients-

½ cup sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup milk

¼ cup flour

½ cup shortening

½ cup almond, whole or chia seeds

½ cup melted butter

½ cup powdered sugar

½ cup unsweetened cacao nibs

½ cup walnuts, crushed

½ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup corn starch

½ small pinch baking soda

½ cup chocolate chips

1. First you will need to do the following:

1. Cook the oats for 1 hour in a slow cooker. After 1hr, throw them into a blender and add the honey. Mix well and keep adding honey at regular intervals. After 2 hr, it should look something like this. Do not boil the oats. Let them cool down and slice in small pieces and toss with yogurt before serving.

2. Beat the eggs. Melt the sugar in a microwave oven. Now add the almond and mix well.

3. Blend the eggs and custard till the custard looks smooth.

4. Now cook the brownie by placing the batter in a muffin tin and cover them with biscuits. Add the sweetest topping.

5. Spread them on top of each other or place side by side. And lastly, sprinkle them with icing or sprinkles before the party starts.

6. Chai Cha Aloo

This is another one of the ketogenic diet recipes. Although it is traditional to consume it every night in Chanderis, the reason behind their consumption is to relieve insomnia. Some people believe this remedy too tasty to consume. On the contrary, some studies show positive effects of the keto diet.

Ingredients–

½ cup curd

8 oz (2½-3 kilos) chicken meat

½ cup ghee

½ tea spoon vinegar

½ cup lime juice

1 garlic clove

2 pieces cinnamon

Mix well for 4 hrs. Add salt at 6 hr interval. The consistency will change as it progresses.

5. Saffron Lemonade

Saffron lemonade is a refreshing drink that tastes great without sweetener and contains vitamin C. Making a homemade version, you need to combine three cups of sugar with half a cup of water, half a teaspoon of lemon juice, half a cup of cinnamon, half a cup of fennel pollen and ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder. Boil the mixture for 5 to 7 hours. Use ½ cup water and set aside to cool down and refrigerate for further preparation of this.

You can now prepare the garnish the simple Saffron Lemonade.

6. Aradhana Dosa

Now you know about different kinds of dishes that you like eating. We cannot deny about the taste of them. From the aromatic Aradhana Dosa, you must try out this ketogenic diet recipe.
