Burger Ingredients:
- 1/2 225 gm minced pork
- 1/2 225 gm minced beef
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) chili powder
- 1 tablespoon (7gOnion powder
- 1 tablespoon (10 gramsgarlic powder
- 1 tablespoon (3 g) Italian seasoning
- 1 scrambled eggs
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) mustard
- Half a teaspoon (2 g) salt
- A dash of pepper
Spicy Mayonnaise Ingredients:
- Half a cup (60 ml) May
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) hot sauce (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) mustard
- dash of salt

- 8 bacon slices (8 oz or 224 grams) cooked
- chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
- Sliced avocado or guacamole (optional)
instructions
- Place all burger ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Use your hands to form small patties from the meat mixture (make about 8).
- Place the patties on a hot grill or skillet over medium-high heat and roast for 5 minutes. Carefully flip the patties and grill for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, until cooked to your liking.
- Make spicy mayonnaise by mixing the mayonnaise ingredients together.
- Stack pancakes with mayonnaise and bacon.
