Get a set of dumbbells. Complete 3 sets of each exercise for 10-12 reps

Lower Body Workout
Get a set of coffee bells. Complete 10-12 reps of each exercise for 3 sets
- reverse lunge
- Kettlebell squat
- Curtsy lunge
- Dead Roman Kettlebell
- pop up step seat
