How Lina lost 20 kg in just six months
Lena, 37, is a busy mother of two and says two years ago, she had some health issues and gained a lot of weight after the birth of her second son.
“I was tired all the time, not only running after the kids but I was getting old and can’t remember the last time spring was in my step,” Says.
A friend of a friend has a great success story with this program called healthy mummy And so we decided to give it a try together as well as work out together.”
Lina started walking on the weekends and then did cardio from Health mummy application.
“For meals, I replaced breakfast and lunch with healthy mummy smoothies” Says. “Dairy doesn’t really get along with my body, so it was great to find that the juice doesn’t contain any milk powder like many other products on the market and I like the taste too – it’s very tasty.
“My favorite flavors are vanilla and original chocolate. My favorite recipe is from healthy mummy app Mocha juice wakes up with protein and supportive green sesame.”
For dinner, Lina also follows recipes from the app, as she loves all the variety.
“The thing I realized I was doing wrong was portion control” Says. “It took a while to get used to the smaller meals but the truth is you don’t need more than what is recommended.
“For snacks, I make bliss balls from the recipe on the app and I also have them occasionally Mummy Double Chocolate Healthy Snack Bar. If I’m still hungry X . control between meals. I also make sure I drink 2-3 liters of water every day.”
Lina went from a size 14 to a size 6!
The gorgeous mom says she makes sure she does more than 10,000 steps a day and also loves to do Booty Band, Dance Cardio and Fit workouts on Health mummy application.
My original weight was 82.8 kg and my size was 14. In the first two months, I lost 10 kg, but I have slowed down a bit since then due to the Christmas and Easter holidays. I weigh 64kg now and a size 10 or 8 (some brands can fit them with a size 6),” Says.
“So far, I have been on the program for 6-6.5 months. I feel like my energy levels have increased and I have the energy to chase after my kids. My general condition has improved and I feel happier in life.”

Lina’s tips for success
- Don’t give up if you had a bad day. It’s important to get back on the program as soon as possible and not to snowball the bad meals.
- Have juice as a snack to reduce food cravings. Whenever I feel like you want to eat something naughty, I find I just try to grab my juice early or have a healthy snack because the longer I think about making a bad decision the more likely I am to do it.
