Thele Crouch reveals that after she gave birth to her second child, she gained weight and felt like she lost what she is. Especially during a pandemic.

“It got to a point where every Sunday I would say ‘it will start tomorrow’ and never will. It wasn’t until our dear friend’s wedding, seeing the pictures from that made me nauseous,” Says.
“I couldn’t believe I myself had reached this point. On April 22 of this year, I finally took that step and jumped on the scale (105.2).
My partner joined in and we lost weight together. I have now lost 10kg in 3 months from size 16-18 until being able to fit her into some size 14″.

1. Always keep a positive mindset. He is your best friend and your worst enemy.
2. Stick to setting small goals.
3. Try and plan your meals and shop as often as you can. Knowing what I’m always up against has helped me a lot.
Long tips for others
“It wouldn’t happen overnight. I had to constantly remind myself of that,” Says.
“You will have good days, and bad days, but the most important thing to do is keep going because it will pay off.
“You have to do this on your own. It is the best thing I have ever done. It has completely changed my view about losing weight and taking care of myself.”
