What does my training look like this week?
1 / Compound Interest Running Challenge = I will go from running 1 mile a week to 100 miles a week in 1 year. Using the 10% rule, I increase my mileage by 10% each week. Currently week 19.
I follow my career with a magazine: That’s a good idea https://amzn.to/3HN8fMd
Strength training 2 / X3 Bar = 6 days a week, with alternating push and pull days. It takes 10-15 minutes a day. Uses resistance bands, bar and platform. Excellent stay.

3/ I’ve rebooted the Carnivore Diet, I’ve been doing this for years with great success but I’ve fallen off the wagon. I’m back on the metal train again. Looking forward to the trip.
