Simone Crompton is 24 years old and a mother of two from Queensland.

However, after the birth of her daughter, she decided to jump right in and sign up for 28 day weight loss challenge before her wedding.

How Simone reduced her body fat and built muscle

“I have now lost 8kg but have regained my muscles by 4kg too. I am now sitting at 7.2% body fat,” she says.
“Healthy Mummy changed my life for the better, for my health, for my mental health and the way I eat and my family too.”
In fact, Simone started building her body weight by lifting weights and strengthening her muscles.
“My advice to people who are new to starting weightlifting, take it slow, start with small steps and don’t rush to gain weight,” she says.
“This will also help in strengthening and gaining muscle. Just remember that everyone is different and unique.”
When it comes to working out, Simone starts her mornings after 35 minutes of running Healthy Mummy 28 Days Stronger App.
“I find that it works every part of my body adequately every day and always helps me help my lower body,” she says.
“I really like a good workout too from the app. Once I’m done, I have either healthy mummy juice.”
Fortunately, Simone didn’t have to give up on the delicious dessert! It just picks the healthy versions.
“I make snacks like delicious cakes and healthy caramel slices or a banana loaf, which I use for quick and easy morning tea and afternoon tea and also for kids lunch boxes,” she says.
“For dinner, I’ll scroll through the app and pick three to four different meals and just cook exactly one or two meals and put it in the fridge for another day throughout the week.”
