Krystal Poles who lost 20 kilos of healthy mummy made a great big meal with healthy meals from 28 day weight loss challenge.

In fact, she can feed her family of six healthy meals for a week for less than $260!

“It took me six hours to prepare but it actually helps me save time so I can spend more time with the kids throughout the week,” she says.

“And I don’t have to worry about what I’m going to make for dinner.”

During and after every meal I cooked, cleaned and washed. I also used a large bowl to put all the leftovers.

While you wait to cook on the stove and oven. Get your next meal prepared by getting all the ingredients you need. If you still have more time, start slicing and grating what you need for your next meal.

The 37-year-old is a mother of four who lives in Coffs Harbor.
