Rebecca’s top tips
1) Make small changes, every little helps
2) Be Prepared – Plan weekly meals, fill water bottles, and schedule time to exercise.
3) Use the application/support pages.
“You have to be prepared, and set yourself up for success. I used motivational posters all over my house, especially above my TV, to energize me,” Says.
“Involve the whole family, having support helps even if it’s just one person. Start with small changes, start walking, then 10,000 steps a day, then add exercises. Find the cause and use it to help you every day. Trust yourself, you deserve it.” !”
