Hello friends and hellooooo from Santa Barbara! I’m here on a short trip – a group of friends decided to meet up for a few days to share ideas, collaborate and help each other with our business – and I’m having fun. We rented a conference room for our daytime business sessions and topped it off with group exercises and great dinners. I always like a little nudge on the work front – I always want to improve this space and the content I create! — and a chance to connect with great friends.

This California trip will end with a weekend getaway with fam. Have a fun and wonderful weekend, too!
It’s time for your favorite Friday party! This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and across the web. I always love to hear about your favorites too, so please shout out something you love in the comments section below.
Favorite Friday
Fitness and health + eating well:
You need to try these mini ice cream cones from Trader Joe’s. It’s dairy-free and the perfect sweet treat! The Pilot has been running 90% of Trader Joe’s grocery – it started during Rona’s time since he was “out of the world” and was kind of stuck around – which means it’s a huge help to our family, but also you don’t usually get to see all the new things that TJs have. This can be a good thing because it definitely reduces impulse purchases.
We all went to Trader Joe’s after family dinner last night, and the girls and I acted like we’d never been there. We were throwing things into the cart with wild glee and abandon.
We found some fun new things to try, but for me, this topped the list:
the love of those Organic Immunity Packs! I take them with me when we travel or when I start to feel like the smallest part of anything. (A little tickle in my throat, irritating, or like I’m having a sniffles.) The flavor is amazing and I love all the nutrients it contains. (FITNESSISTA gets you 20% off!)
Loved six ride the peloton. I can’t help but sing about most of it, and I’ll definitely bookmark that again for when I need a little pick-me-up.

Reminders to get up and move every 30 minutes.
I wanted to get you interested: Would you like to do spring shaping this year? I missed the boat at Winter Shape Up (and honestly didn’t want to overburden you because I felt like it was insanely busy and I’m sure a lot of you felt the same way), but I thought it would be fun to do a 2-week fitness challenge at the end of February. If you’re around, let me know, and I’ll start setting everything up! You’ll get two weeks of workouts, meal guides, community support, and it’s completely free.
Read, watch, listen:
Watch the IG Live I did with Dr. Cabral about the volumes and share details on what’s new EquiLife Universal Binder. I’ve been wanting to try a tie for my own sauna blanket for a long time and am so excited to try this out.
My internet was a little fuzzy on the video, but even if you don’t watch the video, listen to it as a podcast episode!! As always, Dr. Cabral drops loads of knowledge bombs and shares more about them Documented in detail. We talk about why you might want to use a binder, how to combine it with sauna use, protocols, detoxes, resection surgery, and more.
Check out this week’s podcast episode here! Sharing my fitness and wellness predictions for 2023.
I love reading about these Christmas festivities.
How I stopped worrying about running out of time to achieve my goals.
Fashion + Beauty:
The most beautiful earrings that my friend chose in Colombia. obsessed.
(The skirt is herejacket from this group)
We’re officially in the blues time between winter and spring here where I officially hate everything in my closet. All of my winter clothes look so wintery Tucson can’t decide if it wants to be 30 degrees or 70 degrees. You’ll find me in Vuori joggers and hoodies from now until spring.
I still love this face tanning spray.
Happy Friday, friends!
