The adorable mom, who has a 12-week-old Hunter with fiancée Hayley Willis, says she wants to take things slow at first.

Fiona Falkiner discusses her first month with The Healthy Mummy’s 28-Day Weight Loss Challenge
Fiona says it’s the best thing I’ve found since the beginning healthy mummy It is how much they are more regulated in relation to meal time for the week.
As a new mom, she’s tired and hungry from breastfeeding and Hunter is taking up too much of her time. But with the help of the Healthy Mummy app, she revealed that she takes the pressure off what you need for dinner.
“It was good, I feel great! I realized that organization is the key to success,” Says. “However, for my first stocking stuffer, I should have done it online and got it instead of running around in the store with a newborn!”
But once Fiona got all the Warehouse Basics And everything’s in her cupboards, she says choosing meals from the app helped her stay on top of everything throughout the week.
“I did a couple hours of prep on Sunday, when Hayley was home to help watch Hunter, and found that by doing this it helped me save time the rest of the week,” Says.
“The schedule really takes the stress out of what we eat for dinner. I don’t have to wait until 4pm to decide what I’m going to do for dinner, when I’m feeling overwhelmed. I made it in advance and it’s healthy and nutritious.”

Another feature on healthy mummy app That Fiona is a huge fan of hers is Meditations.
“I do them twice in the morning a week when Hunter is on a nap,” Says. “It’s important to me as a new mom to take ten minutes to breathe and satisfy myself, and I love this on the app.”
It’s still early days for Fiona, who is now only able to start doing healthy mummy exercises after giving birth.
However, she is not focusing on the number on the scales at this point, she just wants to feel healthy and nourish her body as she is breastfeeding and sleep deprived.
“I’m tired, starving from breastfeeding and short on time, so having the app that helps me think of healthy meals to prepare has been a life saver,” Fiona says. “I am a huge fan of Mexican lasagna.
“And I have a healthy mummy smoothie a few times a week, in which I put a pile of spinach, which I feel really helps boost my energy levels.”
Fiona’s goals for the next month
The adorable TV personality says her goal for the next month is to start cutting the water.
“I’ve had some headaches and aim to increase my water intake, as I need to drink more, especially while I’m breastfeeding,” Says.
“I also want to get out and walk more. At the moment, Hunter is not a fan of the stroller but he is still in bed. I think when I move him to the stroller seat it will be easier and I can start walking in it. For my mental health as well as physical health.”
“I’m looking forward to getting out and trying more meals and exercises on The Healthy Mummy app.”
