Global Health Mummy Ambassador Fiona Falkner didn’t want to waste a day completing her Melbourne lockdown while in a hotel, and was determined to commit to following 28 day weight loss challenge as best you can.
The Australian star makes a commitment in a video she posted on Instagram.
“During lockdown, I’m committing to the next two weeks—every day to do the healthy mummy workout. No excuse!” She said in the clip.
Fiona, her fiancée Hailey and their son Hunter recently traveled to Queensland to work with Hailey with the AFL and completed a mandatory 14-day hotel quarantine, but she has since headed to Melbourne, which is currently under lockdown.

Meanwhile, Fiona was stuck in it Delicious healthy juices mummy.

Fiona Falkner: Our bodies are amazing
Previously, Fiona opened up about how she really had to embrace her body.
“After going through a big pregnancy journey and having to do IVF, I’m actually less fit in years,” Fiona says.
“But I had to give my body to the process of having a baby and take a step back and think, ‘It’s really amazing.'”
In fact, Fiona reveals that she gained a lot of weight while going through her IVF journey.
“I wasn’t allowed to have my body temperature too high and that meant having to stop training,” Says.“Exercise has been very important to me for my mental health as well as my physical health.”
So, the gorgeous beauty was able to swim but early on after pregnancy, she had pains in the pelvic area so she couldn’t do what she wanted.
“I always thought I was going to be one of those pregnant women who exercise, who work out and are fit and in good health,” Fiona says. “But I wasn’t like that.”
Fiona says this is the least fit she’s been in years and the heaviest too but it won’t make her come down. After all, she has a beautiful baby to show for it!

So it’s no wonder Fiona turned to The Healthy Mummy for help. She is determined to get herself back and also wear the wedding dress she had made before pregnancy, before her October wedding.
“I’m not going to get attached to the scale or lose a certain weight,” Fiona says.
“I just want to feel good and feel like a million bucks. I want to wear my dress but I won’t pressure myself.”
Fiona urges moms to stop comparing themselves
Fiona’s biggest piece of advice to those just starting out, like her, is to “stop comparing yourself to others”.
“Your body is your body. It doesn’t matter if you’re skinny or curvy, it’s yours and it’s amazing. He bore your child, he keeps you alive. You have to learn to treat him well and to love and nurture him,” She adds.
“It won’t go away, so the best thing you can do is think of nice things about yourself and take care of them.” We agree!
