Cook dinner for that special someone this month! Whether you’re cooking for someone special, having dinner with a friend, or pampering yourself, it deserves to be good. This dinner is perfect any time of the year but even better for a special night in. With full fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, you can’t go wrong!
Boneless piece of meat
ingredients
- 1 pound steak ribeye
- 4 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Half a teaspoon pepper
directione
- Cut the meat into 1-inch pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons oil, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Once the pan is heated up, add 1-2 tablespoons olive oil. Add the steaks and stir occasionally for 2-3 minutes.
- Heat the cuts of meat with the oil mixture and simmer for an additional 1-4 minutes, depending on how you prefer.
- Serve and enjoy!
French fries with parmesan cheese, lemon and garlic
ingredients
- 3 medium yellow potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Half a teaspoon pepper
directione
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cut all the potatoes into thin slices and spread them evenly on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, honey, and spices together. Spread half of the mixture over the potatoes.
- Roast the potatoes for 30 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the oven and spread the rest of the mixture over the potatoes.
- Grill for another 30 minutes (total roasting time is 1 hour).
- Serve and enjoy!
Green beans
ingredients
- 2 cups green beans (cleaned and chopped)
- 4 tablespoons butter or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Half a teaspoon pepper
directione
- Cook green beans for 3 minutes in a large pot of boiling water. Strain the beans completely.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter or olive oil. Add the green beans, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and stir in the oil and spices.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, and cook until tender.
- Serve and enjoy!
