before we start the next day 28 day weight loss challenge We’re doing a seven-day cleanse and Sascha is on top of getting ready for it as always, check out her prep below.
It took Sasha less than 2 hours to complete her cleaning week prep and cost less than $90!
In fact, Sasha kept everything really simple and easy.
My cleansing plan is simple! Frequent meals and snacks are key for me to stay on budget and reduce my time in the kitchen!
This morning before my grocery store, I quickly put together an Easy Apple and Cinnamon Porridge with what I had in the house! Simple, delicious and filling!
“Then I shopped for $87 and spent less than two hours getting ready for the majority of the week!”
What Sasha made:
- 6 x beef and broccoli stir-fry
- 4 x Lime BBQ Chicken
- 4 x Chicken Salad and Cucumber Ribbon
- A batch of oatmeal and cocoa cookies!
- Cake Bites Chocolate
- Berry mousse chocolate
- Asian pork balls
sasha says, “I have leftover zucchini fritters from last week and I cooked some for Pinwheels Chicken and Nuts!!
“I have the basics at home like yogurt, ham, bread, crackers, fruit and a healthy freezer stash to fill up on other snacks and feed the kids too!!
“I find that when I do my cleansing plans and take things back to basics, simple and healthy, I spend even less money!
“It’s also quite a challenge to do with what I have and stock up on some pantry essentials and freezer stash!”
And best of all, Sasha’s kids will eat what you made.
“I mixed up the chopping boards and ate one pot of spaghetti I made last week,” she says.
