  • 8 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried if needed (see notes)
  • 8 oz. Mushrooms cut into thick slices
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced ​​green onion

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Spike seasoning
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese


  1. Place the washed spinach in a large bowl, large enough to put the salad in.
  2. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic powder and whisk together.
