With the Super Bowl and the Winter Olympics taking place this month, we know you’ll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy your snack game! Whether you’re the hostess with the most or need to share one aspect, these snacks will keep everyone at your viewing party happy. Using an air fryer turns these crowd-pleasing snacks into healthy, easy-to-prepare versions of the original – without missing out on any of the delicious flavour!
mozzarella sticks
ingredients:
- 12 sticks of cheese
- 1 large egg
- A cup of flour of your choice
- Half a cup of rusk
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Half a teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Half a teaspoon of paprika
directione:
- Lay the butter paper on the baking tray.
- Cut the cheese sticks in half.
- In a small bowl, whisk the eggs. In a bowl or other small dish, add the flour. In a third small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and spices.
- Roll all the cheese sticks in the flour. Remove any excess flour.
- Dip the floured cheese sticks in the eggs and cover completely. Dip the cheese sticks in the breadcrumb mixture and set aside on the parchment paper. Repeat until all cheese sticks have been submerged.
- Freeze the baking tray with the coated cheese sticks for 1 hour.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the cheese sticks in a single layer. Air fry at 375 degrees for 6 minutes.

Apple Cinnamon Chips

ingredients:
- 6 large carrots
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Half a teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional)
directione:
- Wash the carrots and remove the stems.
- Cut the carrots in half and then into slices. Sit aside.
- In a small dish, mix olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix carrots with olive oil mixture until all carrots are covered.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and lay out the carrots in a single layer.
- If desired, sprinkle the carrots with Parmesan cheese.
- Air fry at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir in the carrots and fry for another five to 10 minutes.
Apple and cinnamon chips
ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
- cooking spray
directione:
- Cut the apples into thin slices and remove the seeds and pulp.
- In a bowl, toss thinly sliced apples with cinnamon and sugar until covered.
- Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray. Lay the apple slices in an even layer across the bottom of the basket and spray the top with cooking spray.
- Fry the apples in air at 300 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping the apples, turning every five minutes.
- Air-fry the apples a second time at 325 degrees for 5 minutes, turning the apples halfway through.
