I’m so excited for Lauren Hubert, RD, to appear on the show this morning, to chat about her tips for healthy eating and lifestyle.
This is what we’re talking about:
Her background and what inspired her to become a registered dietitian
Her thoughts on trending diets, like intermittent fasting and keto
Focus on healthy eating and snacks
Her food philosophy
Tips to maintain weight loss
And much more.
Here’s more on Lauren:
Lauren is changing the way we talk about weight loss. After gaining nearly 20 pounds as a freshman, Lauren was left to struggle with her self-confidence and insecurities. Determined to lose weight, she began running for hours every day and cut calories from her diet, which led to her being extremely restricted with her food choices and even afraid to have a drink with her sorority sisters. It wasn’t until I started studying nutrition that I realized her diet was a total mess and she was eating/exercising everything wrong!
Now as a Registered Dietitian, Lauren is passionate about teaching you to nourish your body for permanent, balanced weight loss. Her goal in the weight loss business is not only to inspire women to lose weight in a balanced and enjoyable way, but also to make sure that no woman feels guilty about wanting to be attractive, healthy and successful.
